[LIVE PERFORMANCE] Storytelling Shakespeare: Romeo & Juliet

Entertaining and engaging for all in the family, a tale of young love and loss served with sensitivity and humour, characteristic of the renowned KL Shakespeare Players. This 60-minute interactive child-friendly storytelling, for 6-year-olds and above, is set in a garden and performed in English by three actors. The serious moments in the show unfold with age-appropriate images. The storytellers also sprinkle in some of Shakespeare’s words. The show is developed to enable young audiences to sing, chant along, dance, and answer questions.

[WORKSHOP] Children's Ballet

This workshop is tailored for both inexperiences and experiences young dancers who share an interest in Ballet. It offers a creative and engaging learning experience designed to introduce basic balle positions, steps and terminology. [LIVE PERFORMANCE] A Carnival party: Celebrating Saint-Saëns 与圣桑的动物狂欢派对

This is a unique children's story concert that combines the Johor Bahru Rhapsody Youth Ensemble with the youth theater arts performers from Big Fish Edu. The concert will focus on selected movements of Carnival of the Animals composed by the famous French composer Saint-Saëns during his later years when he traveled in Europe. The guide used a relaxed and interactive way, combined with the music of the string ensemble, to lead the audience into Saint-Saëns' animal world. Audiences of all ages can enjoy this wonderful performance! 这是一场儿童故事音乐会，以法国浪漫时期著名作曲家圣桑晚年游历欧洲时，创作的动物狂欢节精选乐章为主，结合了新山狂想青少年室内弦乐团与大鱼教育的戏剧艺术表演者。音乐会以导读人轻松自在的互动方式，配合弦乐团的音乐，引领观众进入圣桑的动物世界。无论大人小孩，都适合欣赏这场精彩、独具特色的表演！

[LIVE PERFORMANCE] Nanny’s Magic Bottle 奶奶的禮物

The child, Jay, who was raised by his grandmother, is a shy and insecure elementary school student who loves performing magic tricks. His grandmother has always worried that Xiaojie, who is not good at expressing himself, would be bullied at school. At the same time, she hopes that Xiaojie can bravely learn to express himself. As a former president of the magic club in her junior high school days, his grandmother conjures up a magical bottle to help Xiaojie bravely stand up for himself through the imagination and magic inside the bottle. This helps him deal with the bully at school who usually oppresses him, and he learns how to express and fight for what he wants. In the end, he realizes the truth in his grandmother's daily saying, "With inherent talent, there must be a use for it." 由奶奶帶大的小傑是個害羞自卑卻喜歡表演魔術的國小孩子。奶奶一直擔心不善表達的小傑在學校被欺負霸凌，同時也希望小傑能勇敢學習表達自己。身為當年中學魔術社社花的奶奶於是變出一個神奇魔法瓶子，讓小傑通過瓶子中的想像與魔法勇敢為自己挺身而出，幫助他對付平時欺壓他的惡霸同學，並從中學習如何表達與爭取自己想要的，最後體會到奶奶天天都跟他說的“天生我材必有用”的道理。

"Come Play With Me: A Classical and Jazz Concert for Families" is created and performed by the critically acclaimed, award-winning international pianist and vocalist, Dr. Esther Shin Chuang. This concert is a combination of Dr. Esther's "brilliant piano playing" (Kwong Wah Daily News), her insightful commentary on each musical piece, and a multidisciplinary performance featuring children's artworks as well as dances choreographed by the critically acclaimed Aida Redza, one of Malaysia' leading contemporary dancers and choreographers.
