KoolSkool Duet

The "KoolSkool Duet" comprises Aznaff Hamazah on saxophones and Israq Suyono on acoustic guitar. By qualification, both of them have a Bachelor and Master in Music respectively.

They play Jazz standards, Malay classics and easy listening tunes. They have performed in many major concerts and high profile functions such as at the KL International Jazz Festivals, cocktail for the Princess of Belgium to name a few.

To their credit, "KoolSkool Duet" had also recorded two jazz albums to-date. They are surely an interesting acoustic duo to watch with their peculiar and very pleasant sound.

Kind A Blue Jazz Club & Restaurant

Started in April 2019, Kind A Blue is a Jazz Club and restaurant. Live performances are presented on Fridays and Saturdays, unless we are hosting private fucntions.

Our roster of acts cover a wide-range of musical genres including a range of jazz styles, blues, rock, R&B and many others. On Mondays-Thursdays, our resident DJ spins a wide selection of world class music of various genres. We are closed on Sundays.

Tapping on the same inspiration used in the creation of the KL International Jazz & Arts Festival, Kind A Blue Jazz Club & Restaurant is designed to deliver a unique Jazz experience. Evolving from the festival’s yearly events, Kind A Blue now promotes live local and international acts more frequently throughout the year.
