SeaShorts Film Festival 2022
After much anticipation, SeaShorts Film Festival proudly returns in a physical format with their upcoming 2022 edition. Founded in 2017 by the award-winning Malaysian filmmaker Tan Chui Mui, SeaShorts Film Festival is looking to build a creative cultural hub for Southeast Asia’s short film community right within Malaysia. Since then, it has grown into a notable regional film event. In its 2017-2019 editions, the Festival has been held in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Malacca, respectively. Its most recent editions in 2020 and 2021 took place entirely online.
