International Coaching Summit - ICS2026 -Kuala Lumpur

ICS2026 - Malaysia Chapter is the first bespoke coaching summit in Malaysia, bringing together leaders, coaches, and change-makers to explore how coaching evolves in a world defined by rapid change, emerging technologies, and complex human dynamics. Over two days, participants will engage in immersive learning, live demonstrations, and thought-provoking discussions designed to strengthen leadership, human potential, and coaching impact.

  • Dates: 22 – 23 July 2026 (Wednesday & Thursday)
  • Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Daily
  • Venue: Sime Darby Convention Centre, Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

  • Networking & Marketplace: Connect with fellow leaders, coaches, and innovators.
  • Live Coaching Demonstrations & Breakout Sessions: Experience real-time coaching and interactive discussions.
  • Pre-Summit Virtual Experience: 1st – 2nd July 2026 (7:30 PM – 9:30 PM MYT) Two evenings before the main event, immerse in conscious transformation and future-focused leadership.

 Ticketing Terms & Conditions 

1. General Purchase Policy

  • By purchasing a ticket for the ICF Malaysia International Coaching Summit 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the CloudJoi Terms of Use.
  • All tickets are issued digitally via CloudJoi. You must present your valid QR code at the event entrance for admission.

2. Strict No-Refund & No-Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final. Once the purchase is confirmed, tickets are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for any reason.
  • No refunds will be issued for "no-shows" or partial attendance.

3. Event Changes or Cancellation

  • ICF Malaysia reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speaker lineup, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of a total cancellation or postponement of the Summit by the organizers, ticketholders will be notified via email regarding the validity of their tickets for a future date or alternative arrangements.

4. Code of Conduct & Admission

  • The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed disruptive or inconsistent with the ICF Code of Ethics.
  • Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements; ICF Malaysia is not liable for any secondary costs incurred.

5. Data Privacy & Media

  • PDPA Compliance: By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection of your personal data for event management and communication purposes.
  • Photography: You acknowledge that photography and filming will take place at the event. By attending, you consent to your image being used in future ICF Malaysia promotional materials.
