About This Event

Perhaps you want to tell your story so others like you know they are not alone. Perhaps you want to make bolder art that challenges society. Perhaps you believe Malaysia can be a better country. But you know these stories carry risk.

This two-part workshop begins with personal risk management: identifying risks, measuring impact, and planning ways to mitigate them. Most importantly, we will learn to clarify our goals — so we are guided by what we wish to achieve, not what makes us anxious. These tools are developed by human rights activists for other activists, which includes any artist who wishes to make a difference.

This workshop is paired with Well-Being Plan the following day. You are encouraged to attend both but you may opt to attend only one.

This workshop is part of YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Please click here for the full programme.

The sculpture in the poster is by Arifwaran Shaharuddin. Check out the exhibition details here.
