Every performance is completely unique, fuelled by audience suggestions, razor-sharp wit, and the chaotic chemistry between two comedy powerhouses.

About the Duo

  • Kavin Jay (Grumpy) – Known for his Netflix special Everybody Calm Down!, Kavin has performed across the globe from Edinburgh to Melbourne to Hong Kong. With his sharp observational humor and famously grumpy outlook, he’s one of Malaysia’s most beloved and internationally recognized comedians.
  • Papi Zak (Papi) – The larger-than-life voice of Malaysian comedy, Papi Zak is a veteran stand-up and radio personality with an infectious energy and unstoppable charisma. Whether on stage, screen, or behind the mic, Papi always brings the laughs and keeps the audience on their toes.

Together, they are Papi & Grumpy — an improv duo where anything goes, and laughter is guaranteed.
