Eric Lee is an established Jazz pianist/vocalist who holds sell-out jazz concerts in Singapore – Blujaz@Bali Lane, Blujaz@Clarke Quay, Simply Jazz, etc. and has also graced the stages of the Singapore International Jazz Festival, Chiang Mai Jazz Festival (Thailand), Sendai Street Jazz Festival (Japan). Together with his M.I.C. band, they play an exciting blend of groovy, Pop and electrifying Jazz Fusion music to the delight of audiences. He is also the director of Northwood Music and the Founder of Music Improvisation Collective – an initiative to educate audiences on the beauty and wonders of improvised music. Eric holds a Masters Degree from University of West London, specialising in Japanese Fusion, a Post-Graduate Degree in Education from the Ministry of Education (Singapore), Nanyang Technological University, and Jazz Piano Diploma from ANZCA (Australia/New Zealand). He was also nominated for the Singapore President Teachers’ Award and was awarded Best High School Teacher award at Cornell University (USA).
