About This Event

Participants will explore how to let go, flow, and move freely, creating an experience of pure embodiment and connection with the space around them. 

Who should come? 

Open to dancers, movers, and anyone curious about exploring their body’s flow and potential in movement. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to immerse in the moment. 

What to expect? 

Guided exercises that emphasize smooth transitions, breath work, and complete immersion in movement. The focus will be on flowing through space, discovering freedom in movement, and allowing the body to respond naturally to the environment.

About the artist 

Wong Sek Li (Xue Li) is a dance artist active in theater creation and research, based in Malaysia and Singapore. She graduated from Nanjing University of the Arts in 2023 with a major in Contemporary Dance Choreography. Xue Li collaborates with various choreographers and leads ‘ToGather,’ a contact improvisation community activity promoting interaction and connection. She integrates diverse somatic practices into her work, expanding the possibilities of the body in her creations.
