Sapna Nair, trained at Le Cordon Bleu, is a chef, cooking show host, author, and consultant. Originally from Kochi but living in Kuala Lumpur for 21 years, her global travels influence her cooking. Sapna curates menus and offers cooking classes inspired by the flavours of her Indian heritage.

Join @chefsapna for a spiced chocolate truffle demonstration! Open to chocolate enthusiasts of all skill levels, attendees will learn about different spices through a touch-and-taste experience, followed by a demonstration on making spiced chocolate truffles. Savour the tastes and smells, and see expert techniques in action, before taking home chocolates crafted by Chef Sapna herself.
