About This Event

In this mini tour, Maxy brings her favourite contemporary music—a mix of movie soundtracks, Disney Pixar melodies, modern piano pieces, new age compositions, contemporary classical rhythms, and the timeless works of Hiromi Uehara and Joe Hisaishi. Each show will feature specially selected pieces unique to that performance.

About Maxy Chan

Maxy Chan is a versatile and expressive contemporary pianist based in Malaysia, also serving as a Kawai Malaysia Artist and Ambassador.Beginning piano lessons at the age of 4 with classical training, she crossed over to contemporary genres at 16 and started to share her performances on her YouTube channel. Over the past decades, she has organised and performed in concerts and music festivals across Malaysia. Graduating from UCSI University with a Bachelor of Classical Music (Hons.), Maxy continues to passionately play her favourite contemporary genres, specialising in emotive storytelling in her performances. Currently, she focuses on concerts, live performances, recordings, and video shoots.
